The slope flow coater achieves 3-5 layers of precision coating through "gravity casting," with coating accuracy ranging from tens to hundreds of nanometers. The coating speed is high, reaching tens of meters per minute, and can even reach hundreds of meters per minute. This is currently the first of its kind in China. The equipment has a complex structure and is suitable for high-precision machining requirements, producing high-end, multi-layer, and functional dressings.
