Manual Coating Gap Adjustment
The coating gap can be manually adjusted using a feeler gauge to help set the required coating thickness for different materials and process conditions.
Optional Heating Function
The optional heating function provides temperature adjustment from 0 to 200°C, supporting coating trials that require controlled substrate or coating-surface temperatures.
Optional Vacuum Chuck
