Product Overview
This pressure sensitive adhesive Coater features fully automated heating for both the coating head doctor blade and the backing plate. It is equipped with cameras at both the front and rear, and the drying oven incorporates a UV sterilization design. The machine spans a total length of 23 meters and includes an automatic winding mechanism at the tail end, along with an integrated cutting unit to enable automatic cutting-forming a complete, integrated production line. Once the coating on one side is completed, the coated roll is inverted to undergo a second single-sided coating process on the reverse side, thereby achieving double-sided coating of the substrate material.
