3. A computerized control system manages all equipment settings and operational data, including: start/stop status, downtime duration, production output, customer information, and 10 distinct coating recipes.

 

4. An alarm is triggered when the remaining coating material level drops to 20%.

 

5. The doctor blade assembly features a reserved mounting position for an optional heating device.
