1. This microbial test strip equipment controls the winding and unwinding speeds by monitoring changes in the positions of the tension rollers; it achieves substrate web handling control by utilizing the linear rotational speed of the rubber roller as the primary drive speed.
2. This microbial test strip equipment controls the thickness of the coating layer on the coating roller by regulating the gap between the backing roller and the coating roller. Through the counter-rotation of the coating roller against the backing roller, the entire coating layer is transferred onto the surface of the substrate; subsequently, the final thickness of the coating on the substrate surface is controlled by adjusting the speed ratio between the coating roller and the backing roller.
3. Oven Mechanism Function: The interior of the oven is equipped with infrared heating tubes. It features temperature detection and control capabilities, allowing for automatic temperature regulation to maintain a constant temperature environment.
