Preparation Before Use
Upon unboxing, the machine consists of three main components: 1. The main unit; 2. The scraper assembly; 3. The power cord.

Optional Accessories: 1. Drying system; 2. Vacuum system.

Carefully unpack the machine from its wooden crate and cardboard box. Strictly avoid inverting the unit or subjecting it to impact/ knocking. Place the machine securely on a load-bearing, level surface.

Inspect all external components to ensure there is no visible damage, deformation, or loose parts.

Place the scraper assembly (Component #2) separately from the main unit. Inspect the scraper blade, then rotate the left and right adjustment knobs on the digital display unit to observe whether the blade body moves freely up and down. Once confirmed, switch on the digital display, set the unit of measurement to "mm," and calibrate the zero-setting key as needed.

Startup and Testing
After confirming that the previous two steps have been completed, plug the machine into a 220V power outlet.

Press the power button located on the machine's control panel; the green indicator light will illuminate, and you will hear a brief pulse sound as the motor powers up.

Briefly press the "Start" button; the thrust rod (Component #3) will move to the right, then reverse direction and return to its starting point.

The machine is now in standby mode. Begin with a "no-load" test: briefly press the "Start" button again. The thrust rod (Component #3) will move to the left at a specific speed, then decelerate and come to a stop upon reaching the end point.

Press the "Start" button once more; the thrust rod will return from the end point to the home position and stop. This completes one full operational cycle.

Gear Shifting: Rotate the gear selection switch (Component #12) to the "2" position. Briefly press the "Start" button; the thrust rod will now move to the left at a faster speed, then decelerate and stop upon reaching the end point.

Press the "Start" button again; the thrust rod will return from the end point to the home position and stop. This completes another full operational cycle.

Rotate the gear selection switch to the "3" position. Repeat the actions described above and observe the movement speed of the thrust rod-it will be even faster.

"Load" Testing: Attach the scraper assembly securely to the thrust rod, ensuring it is firmly latched in place and that the bottom edge of the scraper blade makes full contact with the glass platform.
