1. Medical polymer composites (designed for the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors) controls the winding and unwinding speeds by adjusting the positions of the corresponding tension rollers; it achieves precise substrate web handling by utilizing the rotational linear velocity of the rubber roller as the primary drive speed.
2. This equipment regulates the thickness of the coating material layer on the coating roller by controlling the gap between the backing roller and the coating roller. Through counter-rotation between the coating roller and the backing roller, the entire coating layer is transferred onto the surface of the substrate. Furthermore, the final thickness of the coating on the substrate surface is precisely controlled by adjusting the speed ratio between the coating roller and the backing roller.
3. By subsequently processing the coated roll material on the reverse side-following the completion of the initial single-sided coating-the equipment enables the realization of double-sided coating on the substrate.
