UV Coating Machine 1

UV Coating Machine is a medium-sized laboratory sampling equipment independently developed by our company. With high-precision modular design, it is equipped with a UV curing unit and an infrared lamp curing unit to support continuous coating sampling and small-batch production. Hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be directly coated on heat-resistant substrates, or coated on release paper before the adhesive film is transferred and laminated onto various substrates such as paper, plastic films and metal foils.

1.UV Coating Machine adopts high-precision modular design and integrates doctor blade coating technology as well as a dual curing system (UV curing unit + infrared lamp curing unit. This multi-functional configuration enables UV Coating Machine to flexibly meet the process verification requirements of various materials including hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive and UV adhesive.

2.UV Coating Machine boasts excellent coating control capacity with coating accuracy up to 0.005mm. Therefore, UV Coating Machine is perfectly applied to the R&D of high-precision functional films and electronic-grade adhesive tapes, guaranteeing the consistency and reliability of sample test data.

3.UV Coating Machine delivers outstanding operating efficiency with a mechanical speed of 20m/min and a maximum coating speed of 15m/min. Featuring a compact overall length of 6800mm, UV Coating Machine satisfies continuous sampling production while effectively saving limited laboratory space.

4.UV Coating Machine is fitted with 500mm-wide guide rollers and an effective coating width ranging from 0 to 400mm. Compared with conventional small-sized equipment, UV Coating Machine maintains tidy coating edges when processing wide substrates to fulfill diversified width test requirements.

5.UV Coating Machine is powered by 3-Phase AC 380V±10%, 50Hz, 35KW, with a compressed air demand of 0.5-0.8MPa. This power configuration ensures stable high-speed operation of UV Coating Machine, and delivers sufficient power even for processing high-viscosity hot-melt adhesives.

6.UV Coating Machine features strong substrate compatibility, supporting adhesive film transfer lamination on paper, plastic films, metal foils and other base materials. The total machine weight is around 4500Kg. The heavy-duty solid structure reduces vibration during operation, further realizing high stability for precision coating work conducted by UV Coating Machine.
