Adopting high-precision modular design, Three-in-One Multi-Functional Coating Machine is equipped with multiple micro-gravure coating units, hot roller lamination unit and infrared lamp curing unit. It can coat three layers of substrates and laminate them into one finished product, applicable for pilot process parameter verification and small-batch production. Adhesive can be directly coated on multi-layer silicon crystal substrates, laminated and cured to form finished products customized for customers.

3.Three-in-One Multi-Functional Coating Machine is tailor-made for pilot test and small-batch production. It runs at a mechanical speed of 10m/min with a maximum coating speed of 8m/min. Matched with a high-power 60KW drive system, Three-in-One Multi-Functional Coating Machine maintains stable and safe operation during complicated multi-layer lamination processes.

4.Three-in-One Multi-Functional Coating Machine is fitted with a flexible curing system with a curing temperature range of 0–200℃. Combined with the exclusive hot roller lamination unit, Three-in-One Multi-Functional Coating Machine works well with conventional adhesives as well as special materials like hot melt adhesives requiring high-temperature melting and lamination.
