Solution

The doctor blade coating head and backing plate are equipped with integrated heating systems and temperature sensors, with a temperature range of 0–200°C. The heating zones feature temperature monitoring and control to maintain stable coating conditions for hot-melt adhesives. The doctor blade head is servo-driven with automatic height adjustment for precise coating gap control, supporting a minimum coating thickness of 5 μm

The machine is also equipped with a precision slot die coating head and an automated screw pump feeding system for accurate material delivery. This configuration supports high-precision coating with a minimum coating thickness of 1 μm, meeting more demanding coating requirements

A corona treatment unit is installed at the film lamination station to reduce static-related issues and improve the surface wettability of the film, helping to enhance adhesion between the film and the coating layer

Transfer Coating Capability

The machine supports hot-melt adhesive coating onto release paper, followed by lamination with the target substrate through the integrated laminating unit. The release liner is not automatically peeled off by this machine, as a dedicated liner stripping roller is not included in the configuration. Liner removal can be carried out in a subsequent process.
