Extended Web Path Design
The machine features an additional 500 mm extended web path compared with the standard laboratory coating system, providing more space for adhesive cooling and web handling during continuous coating trials.
The extended configuration helps improve process flexibility, especially for hot melt adhesives that require additional cooling time after coating and lamination.
Temperature-Controlled Doctor Blade Coating System
The doctor blade assembly and blade holder are equipped with temperature sensors, allowing independent temperature adjustment through the control system.
With a temperature range of 0–200°C, the system helps maintain stable adhesive viscosity during coating and improves coating consistency for different hot melt adhesive formulations.
Manual Coating Gap Adjustment
The coating gap is manually adjusted using the doctor blade mechanism and feeler gauges, allowing precise control of wet adhesive thickness according to different coating requirements.
Flexible Coating and Lamination Capability
The machine supports multiple adhesive processing methods, including:
Direct hot melt adhesive coating
Release liner transfer coating
Adhesive lamination onto flexible substrates
