This laboratory roll-to-roll hot melt adhesive coater is designed for adhesive formulation evaluation, coating process development, and small-scale coating verification.
Equipped with a temperature-controlled doctor blade coating head and lamination unit, the machine supports continuous coating and release liner transfer coating processes for hot melt adhesives and pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs).
With a compact structure and flexible parameter adjustment, it is suitable for adhesive manufacturers, material researchers, and laboratories to optimize coating parameters, evaluate adhesive performance, and validate new products before scale-up production.

Temperature-Controlled Doctor Blade Coating System
The doctor blade assembly and support plate are equipped with temperature sensors, allowing independent temperature adjustment through the control system.
The temperature control range is 0–200°C, helping maintain adhesive viscosity stability during the coating process and improving coating consistency.
Manual Coating Gap Adjustment
The coating gap is manually adjusted through the doctor blade mechanism with feeler gauges, allowing precise control of wet adhesive thickness according to process requirements.
Adjustable Coating Width
The coating width can be adjusted from 0 to 280 mm through side dams, providing flexibility for different adhesive coating trials.
Flexible Coating and Lamination Process
The machine supports:
Direct hot melt adhesive coating
Release liner transfer coating
Adhesive lamination onto flexible substrates
Suitable substrates include release paper, release film, plastic films, and other flexible web materials.
