Focused on the common industrial dilemma - qualified lab samples fail pilot production, Mr. Chen introduced Innate's proprietary breakthrough technologies for pilot coating lines. First, self-developed closed-loop high-viscosity feeding system optimized via fluid mechanics simulation eliminates uneven coating and material breakage caused by high-solid slurry. Second, full-range tension closed-loop control plus constant temperature slurry circulation system avoid coating defects from substrate stretching and slurry sedimentation. Third, DOE orthogonal experimental framework standardizes optimal parameters of coating speed, oven temperature zones and coating gaps, realizing stable data transition from batch lab test to continuous pilot production. A real medical adhesive tape pilot upgrade case was shared to demonstrate remarkable improvement of coating uniformity and finished product yield after equipment optimization.
3. One-stop Custom Mass Production Coating Lines for Diverse Applications
In the latter part of the speech, Mr. Chen presented four mature standardized mass production coating lines: double-coating water-blocking tape line, hot & cold adhesive shared line, multi-functional integrated coating line and GMP-compliant medical coating line. All production lines integrate CCD online thickness measurement, automatic edge guiding, UV & hot air dual curing and non-stop winding change modules, suitable for silicone release film, high-temperature PI tape, medical dressing and optical functional film manufacturing. Self-developed high-precision slot die coating head achieves transverse thickness deviation within ±0.15μm, matching top-tier international precision coating standards, supporting flexible and large-scale production for material enterprises.
