It is equipped with an unwinding unit, winding unit, comma blade coating unit, edge-trimming unit and double-layer infrared lamp curing unit. After unwinding and coating, the material enters the curing unit, then reverses direction to coat the other side, enters the curing unit again, and is finally wound after edge trimming. It is suitable for pilot-scale process parameters and small-batch production.
