The Adhesive Coater is a small sample-making coating machine developed by our company, featuring a high-precision modular design. It is equipped with an unwinding unit, winding unit, lamination unit, comma blade coating unit and infrared lamp curing unit. After coating, curing and lamination, the material can be wound directly. It is suitable for sample verification in research institutes and university laboratories.

High-precision control: The comma blade is a precision metering roll that precisely controls coating thickness through the gap between the blade and the backup roll, making it highly suitable for high-viscosity fluids.

Thick coating capability: Compared with ordinary blades, the comma blade is better suited for applying thicker coatings.

Excellent flatness: Thanks to the rigid structure and rotating action of the blade, surface irregularities of the substrate are effectively eliminated, ensuring a uniform coating.
